We take on Class Action matters that deal with issues at the intersection of emerging technology and consumer protection and will entertain requests to consider taking on such work. 

At the present moment, we are Counsel on the Boneheads Class Action which was featured in the Toronto Star involving the sale of Non-Fungible Tokens (“NFTs”) known as the “Boneheads”.
