In terms of litigation, we routinely assist and provide legal advice on issues of copyright infringement, including software infringement.

The partners have considerable experience litigating intellectual property issues in the Federal Courts, particularly in the area of patent litigation. More recently, their involvement in tech law has shifted their attention to copyright law, both in litigating infringement, but also in the realm of licensing.
