Biography:

Brendan’s practice focuses on civil litigation in the crypto space, though it overflows frequently into the realms of corporate disputes, IP matters and securities law.

Brendan possesses extensive litigation experience in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Nova Scotia Supreme Court and in the Small Claims Courts of both of those provinces. He has also represented clients in commercial arbitration and at tribunals, including the Canadian International Trade Tribunal and the Trademarks Opposition Board.

In addition to tending to his practice, Brendan is part-time faculty at the Schulich School of Law as a team coach for the annual Harold G. Fox Canadian Intellectual Property Moot.
