Biography:

Brendan began his journey in law as an intellectual property litigator but has expanded his litigation practice in recent years to include crypto fraud, corporate disputes, class actions and product liability.

Brendan possesses extensive commercial litigation experience in the Federal Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Nova Scotia Supreme Court, the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal and in Small Claims Court in Nova Scotia and Ontario.

Brendan has been heavily involved in both domestic and international commercial arbitration and in a number of matters before tribunals, including the Canadian International Trade Tribunal.

Brendan is also part-time faculty at the Schulich School of Law as a team coach for the Harold G. Fox Canadian Intellectual Property Moot.
